MANAGING CHANGE
South African education is still in transition. All art and design teachers continue to be affected and need to be aware of the many issues and debates concerning change management and the implications for their own classroom teaching and professional practice.
Teachers are asked to make use of the on-line forum to debate these issues and share different perspectives.
